This agreement releases Farmacopia, LLC from any damages that may occur from the sale of clones to the undersigned. By signing this agreement, the undersigned agrees to hold Farmacopia, LLC, entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility, for damages incurred from the purchase of clones from Farmacopia, LLC.

The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold Farmacopia,LLC harmless in the event that claims of any nature are raised against Farmacopia, LLC in connection with the sale of clones.

The undersigned agrees that this Release of Liability for damages will be binding upon the party signing below and sets for the entire understanding between the parties and may not be changed except by a written document signed by both parties hereto.

By signing below, as an officer of the company, the company forfeits all rights to bring claims against Farmacopia, LLC for any reason, in connection with the purchase of clones and is good for any and all clone purchases made in 2021.
